BEFORE YOUR VISIT
At your first appointment we will discuss your needs, any anxieties and medical history, helping us choose which oils and techniques are best for you. Covid safety guidelines will be strictly adhered to in order to keep us all safe. For your comfort please wear loose clothing.
AFTER CARE
After your treatment it is vital that you rest and do not do anything too strenuous, especially household chores! Try to avoid alcohol and caffeine instead drink plenty of water or herbal tea. Avoid a shower or bath until the next day so the oils have chance to absorb and work their magic. Individual advice on home use and self care using essential oils will be given.
